FKM Seal for DN 65 Loose PVC Flanges

Description

This FKM seal has an inner diameter of 75 mm, an outer diameter of 103 mm and a thickness of 2 mm. It is suitable for DN 65 loose PVC flanges.

FKM is a high performance compound and is resistant to many high temperature chemicals. It is suitable for vacuum applications and resistant to oils, grease and fuels.

Pros:

• Good resistance to oils and solvents such as aliphatic, aromatic and halocarbons, acids, animal and vegetable oils
• Good mechanical properties, resistant to compression set

Cons:

• Poor resistance to hot water and steam
• Unsuitable for polar solvents, certain esters and ethers, glycol based brake fluid
