Keeper 1″ x 15′ Ratchet Tie Down. It has a 666 lb. working load limit and a 2,000 lb. break strength. It is made of 1″ webbing and has compact steel double J-hooks with a steel D-ring that attaches to an anchor point or back to the D-ring. It is great for bundling pipes or lumber on truck racks.
